Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 300 0000000 or email.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery and return the package unopened according to our return policy below.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Size or color preference changes are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

We deliver across Pakistan to all major cities and remote areas through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2-4 business days
- Other cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping Charges
FREE shipping on orders over Rs. 2,000. For orders below Rs. 2,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when you receive your order. This is the most convenient and secure payment option.
